Medea will be offering a 4-week workshop series where she will take you down the rabbit hole that is Fusion Belly Dance. Each week, she will share the foundations of her favorite moves, explore stylization, and touch on subjects like; musicality in belly dance, and intent in performance. She will also challenge and inspire you to think outside the belly dance box, with exercises in breaking the rules, listening to your body, and increasing your intuition. All skill levels are welcome, but some belly dance experience is helpful since a few of the moves are more advanced.
