Re: Seattle in 3 words.
Wed, October 15, 2008 - 12:01 PMEveryone in seattle I know also knows it for herb, plus most references to seattle mention it. Also, almost everyone I meet out in the world that knows about Seattle say's "there is good herb there, right?", and I always reply "yes". Northern Lights was developed and originates from Seattle along with other well known strains. I love the good herb here and think it is a wonderfull blessing. There are only a few places in the world with the kind of quality we have here! -

Re: Seattle in 3 words.
Wed, October 15, 2008 - 1:49 PMI agree, where there is a will there is a way! I am actually in a very "official" job that is in the public-eye often. You may be older than I am but I know plenty of people that are older that smoke or may not smoke but recognize that Seattle is known for good herb. I don't understand why anyone would have a problem with Seattle being known as a hub for good herb! Thats like having a problem with seattle being known for coffee, or rain.
My three words would probably be; Herb, Coffee, and Rain -

Re: Seattle in 3 words.
Tue, December 2, 2008 - 11:30 PMNah, just when someone posts "This is stupid", and feels the need to add it in a second language, I immediately wonder what their angle is.
Negative responses are fine - not everyone likes Seattle, or this conversation... and I think most of us are ok with that. If you found this redundant, you quite easily could've said as much. I don't really care if you do or don't, I'm just more interested in the "why" behind your reasoning.
Beyond that, saying "This is stupid" fits the 3 word criteria just fine... I just can't help but wonder what the point of posting it in French was. I can do it in several languages as well... but it doesn't really seem to add to the conversation, any more than a cowboy wearing an 8" belt buckle. (Don't worry, I point them out and laugh at them too).
To make my point bluntly...
What exactly did you intend to accomplish by insulting other people in French?
That's all I took exception to... and it doesn't seem like you're making this much fun either. :)
